If you’ve made it here — I want to say this clearly:
You just gave yourself one of the greatest gifts possible — the gift of control. And for that I added a small gift at the end for you too
Most people never take a real break from dopamine overload.
You did.
And now... it's time to decide who you're becoming next.
🔁 Go back and read your Week 1 journal.
- How does it felt the first day vs last one?
- What surprised you? Did you notice any patterns?
- What do you crave more and why?
Now choose which habits you'll keep for the next 30 days & keep planning you next week.
This is your foundation. What you keep now will shape everything that follows.
Stay in Flow – But Stay Human
Here’s what I learned from my own journey:
After 7 days of detox, you start to feel that inner calm. But if you remove all pleasure for too long, your brain starts to question:
"Why am I even doing this?"
That's when frustration creeps in.
So here’s what worked for me.
🎅Earned, Healthy Rewards
If you have planned & achieved your tasks for the week give yourself a reward. Not a cheat. Not an escape. A conscious, earned reward. Some of mine were:
- Meeting friends at café day party ☕
- A game of pool or a karting session 🏎️
- Quality time with someone important 🤝
- Going off road with motorcycle 🛵
- Or what ever activity you used to enjoy doing when drugs or alcohol were not involved
Rules:
⚠️ No alcohol, drugs, parties or dopamine overdoses.
✅ Just 3–4 hours of real, nourishing joy.
Do this once a week — after your weekly tasks are done.
And watch how your brain starts loving earned pleasure again.
🧬 After 30 Days — Discipline Becomes Freedom
Once your system is stable, you can test enjoying small daily rewards:
- A Netflix episode 🍿
- 45 minutes of sim racing 🏎️
- A good book, or a creative hobby 📚
The trick is to only do it after you have put in the work only if it do not affect your sleep schedule.
🥝 I love to plant and groom the seeds — But I also want to test and enjoy the fruits
I break down my milestones into quarters, based on the results I will book couple of days to a city break, a festival with friends or even one month of remote work from Asia
Not out of guilt. But out of earned pride.
You’re a human being. You deserve beauty, fun, even luxury — after you’ve earned it.
🎁 You've Unlocked Stage 1 — Here's Your Next Mission
As I promised, I have something special for those of you who made it here.
You’ve completed Stage One of the Tatserrun Discipline Protocol.
Most people quit after 3 days.
You didn’t.
That tells me something very important: you’re ready for more.
🔬 Why This Matters
In A/B testing — the more feedback, the more experiments, the more reliable the result.
And that’s why I’m building The Tatserrun Taskforce Circle — a small squad of early adopters who want to:
- Drop fat 🔥
- Build unstoppable discipline 🧱
- Rewire their minds for long-term success 🧠
- Start winning in business, health, and life 💸
This is more than just access to Week 2–4 of the Protocol.
It’s about becoming part of the Tatserrun.
A tribe of real ones who experiment, grow, support — and win together.
If this resonates, and you're serious about results…
